My mind went to a late night smoky scene in a favorite New Orleans jazz club, ‘The Spotted Cat.’ The sounds of the drums, the sultry voice of the vocalist, and the smooth bend of the strings by the bass player – each personality vibrant, in synergy, and just as they should be. The colors and movement of the background lines illustrating the musical vibrations and the completeness of the sounds, magically transporting you to that club, that scene, that feeling. |
