The Fortress – Original Acrylic Painting

The Fortress is an impressionistic view of a watch tower in the historical site of Fort San Jeronimo  located in the mouth of the Condado Lagoon in San Juan, PR.  This was also painted by request of my Dad.  The fort was completed in 1791.  It was used by the Spanish to defend the city of San Juan.  Beautifully offering its protection.  The Fortress.   Hope this painting takes you there!   Enjoy AMR 💜
