Guiding Star – Giclées

This is the second of paintings created for my requested Holiday Greeting Card Line. This is a depiction of the dark blue night skies, brilliantly lit by the ‘Monrovian Star’ – the Christmas Star. This occurs on special years in December with the planets align, creating this beautiful illumination in the sky. Just as it did during the days leading up to the birth of Christ… lighting the way. I like the feeling of this star illuminating a very dark night sky, set among the palms. Hope it brings you a year round spirit of warmth, and faith, and beauty.
