Birds in Paradise – Gicleés

This painting was inspired from a feeling of calm, and an inspiration of beauty. Occasionally my painting style is in pointillism – and that was the way these Tropical Birds appeared on my canvas.
I have been asked what kind… and my reply is… beautiful ones… no particular kind. They are just tropical, happy birds. The scene is of a couple, alone in their space which is vast, lush, green. They share the serenity in the wide open space- both quiet but filled with sound.. reminiscent of a rainforest. Birds… In Paradise! And, fittingly, the original painting is now owned by a beautiful couple living in Paradise… Oahu, Hawaii. Mahalo!
